I&#8217;ve been a teacher for 15 years. My focus has been twofold. I started off as a teacher of the visually impaired and then took several classes pre-grad and post-grad on working with students with learning disabilities, primarily focusing on dyslexia. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">I attended San Jose State University, The University of Arizona, San Francisco State University, and, through seminars and distance ed, took classes at San Diego University. I also frequently take classes with Ed2Go, an online education system that teaches a variety of subjects. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">I have taught in many settings: Classroom, itinerant, resource room, and in children&#8217;s homes. I have also done volunteer work on the border of Mexico and Arizona. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">I feel blessed that I have had so many great experiences over the years and I look forward to even more. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\"><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>My name is Joy Marie Coe.
